The campus housing marketplace is changing, with increased competition from off-campus options and students’ growing skepticism of its value. In this webinar, attendees learned what marketing efforts could help a department communicate its value proposition and impact on the residential experience. From direct marketing and social media to strategic partnerships with enrollment management and assessment offices, this program helped all members of a housing department better understand their role in communicating all that campus housing has to offer.
