New to presenting at our conference? Great! We are always looking for fresh perspectives and different voices, and we encourage you to submit. This year’s process looks a little different, including a new submission platform, called Sessionize.
Instructions for submitting a proposal:

- Click “Submit a Session”
- Create a login
- Login
- Submit a proposal (https://sessionize.com/2025-CHL/)
Other things to know:
- We are looking for proposals addressing new, emerging, and persistent issues in housing and residence life that apply to a variety of campus types, situations, and settings.
- Once again, this year, we are grounding all of our sessions in the Future of the Profession imperative areas (learn more about those here)
- Choose the session type that matches your knowledge-sharing guide (e.g., 50-minute interest sessions, roundtables, panel presentations, and pre-conference sessions)
- Use the proposal assistance guide to craft your abstract before entering it into the system
- Proposals must be submitted online by January 9, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (ET – US)
- If you are selected to present a session, you’ll need to register for Campus Home. LIVE! 2025.
