ATTENTION: When ACUHO-I secures sleeping rooms at our host hotel for our conference (commonly referred to as room blocks), the property is researched to ensure that attendees and exhibitors are adequately accommodated. These room blocks are established to ensure that rooms meet our standards and are offered at a discounted price. ACUHO-I does not endorse booking hotel reservations via sources other than through our conference housing website link.
There are occasions when third-party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers, or destination management companies try to solicit attendees and exhibitors for room reservations. They may misrepresent themselves as ACUHO-I’s official housing provider or use deceptive techniques, including the distribution of forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by ACUHO-I. If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room for an ACUHO-I event, please collect as much information as possible and share it with ACUHO-I.
