Just in Time (JIT) programming was developed to align with ACUHO-I’s commitment to preparing its members to serve as thought leaders on their campuses and beyond. This programming model requires the Association to take its environmental scanning to the next level, responding rapidly to the emerging issues confronting higher education and offering high-quality, fast turnaround (i.e., within 90 days) content.

Past JIT programs have related to defining “work” based on updates to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) final rule; an update form the authors of the 3rd Volume of How College Affects Students; and creating environments of belonging within our residential communities. In 2025, ACUHO-I will be offering up to 4 Just in Time programs.
