These room blocks are established to ensure that rooms meet our standards and are offered at a discounted price. ACUHO-I does not endorse booking hotel reservations via sources other than through our conference housing website link.
There are occasions when third-party companies that act as travel agencies, wholesalers, or destination management companies try to solicit attendees and exhibitors for room reservations. They may misrepresent themselves as ACUHO-I’s official housing provider or use deceptive techniques, including the distribution of forms or promotional materials that appear to be issued by ACUHO-I. If you are contacted by anyone asking if you need a room for an ACUHO-I event, please collect as much information as possible and share it with ACUHO-I.
